A wind turbine has broken and my colonist wont fix it, i have 26 components, priority 1 on repair and construction but he wont repair it. i also cant prioretize him to fix it. is this a bugg?. It may be a bug on your part if you have any fuse mods installed, but otherwise. if a battery has broken down you should be able to force a colonist assigned to repair/construction to go repair it.. Something to consider is having isolated battery arrays. have a blocked of batteries connected until the are filled, the sell the conduit connecting them. then, if you have another short you can have someone build a conduit to reconnect them to the grid..
Rimworld droids. adds the ability to build autonomous support droids to rimworld. currently a transport (hauling) droid only. to build the transport droid, you need to do the following:. A battery stores electricity, up to 600 wd (watt-days), when there is surplus power, and provides the stored power back to the grid when there's a deficit. a power deficit is often the result from wind turbines not getting enough wind or from solar generators not getting enough light, at night or during an eclipse .. You can't repair a chipped or bent sword good as new. you can't repair a bullet-hole-ridden shirt good as new. you can do a little bit, but for reasons of balance and avoiding massive micromanagement you won't be able to repair items in rimworld..
